Adopt this WHO recommended diet to avoid Covid-19; Know What to Eat and What Not

The coronavirus is wreaking its havoc very fast. In such a situation, people's difficulties seem to be increasing once again. The new form of coronavirus is very contagious. If you are careless, you can invite corona, so wash your hands frequentlywear masks, and pay a lot of attention to social distancing as well as food. 

You must follow good diet to keep your immune system strong to reduce the risk of serious diseases and infections. In the same episode, the World Health Organization (WHO) explains what diet should consume to avoid coronavirus. 

Diet to avoid

You need to include various fresh fruits and unprocessed food in the diet to get the necessary vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, and antioxidants. Also, consume all fruits, vegetables, pulses, beans, nuts, unprocessed maize, millet, oats, wheat, brown-rice, and root vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, and Arabic. Also include meat, fish, eggs, and milk in the diet. 

Include these food items in your diet

Eat fruits, vegetables, cereals, meat, and beans every day. Tell us that you can eat red meat 1 to 2 times a week and chicken 2 to 3 times a week. If you feel hungry in the evening, eat raw vegetables and fresh fruits. Also, do not overcook and eat vegetables. This eliminates all essential nutrients of the vegetable. 

Give importance to water 

Water is very important for the body, as it regulates body temperature and removes toxins from the body. In this case, drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Also, drink fruit and vegetable juice and lemonade. Keep in mind that you should reduce soft drinks, cold drinks, soda, and coffee. Apart from this, you include fish with unsaturated fats, avocado, nuts, olive oil, soy, canola, sunflower, and corn oil in your diet.
