Ingredient required for apple tea

  • 2 cup Water

  • Sliced Apples

  • Ginger

  • Lemon juice

  • Honey or sugar

  • Cinnamon stick

Method to prepare apple tea

  • Take all the ingredients except apples and boil them in a pan for at least 10 minutes.

  • Then turn off the gas and add the minced apples in it and cover with the lid.

  • After 5 minutes, strain and pour the apple tea into a cup.

  • Add honey or sugar.
