How to Sprout Wheat

  • Use the best quality wheat grains and soak them in water for about 10 to 12 hours.

  • After soaking the grains, tie them in a clean cloth to drain the water completely.

  • After a week, the grains will bloom into sprouts and are ready to eat. You can eat the sprouts as it is or you can prepare dishes like salad, kachori, parantha or thepla, etc.
