In fact, studies have shown that it's never too late to start healthy lifestyle.
A healthy lifestyle isn't just about diet and exercise. It is a complete state of mental, physical and social well being and not just the absence of disease or steps taken to achieve optimum health.
Here are ways in which you can implement a healthy lifestyle :-
Check in mentally
Your mental state and mind form is huge component into starting healthy lifestyle. You cannot start a healthy lifestyle if you are not mentally in it, you need to analyse where you are right now. You obviously are reading this article because you want to implement healthier habits in your life. So start with your mindset, see where you are, look at yourself physically, emotionally, mentally and accept where you are. And when you check in accept it because there is no point in dwelling in past or taking that negative mindset with you through creating and implementing healthier lifestyle.
Give up bad habits to create way for the new
Bad habits interrupt your life and prevent you from accomplishing your goals. They jeopardize your health- both mentally and physically. And they waste your time and energy. Take something negative and create a positive habit, like watching television for 2 hours, skip one show and go for yoga or exercise. It takes 21 days to create a habit so, if you are starting a new habit make sure you are keeping track of it. Small changes in your daily routine will end up creating a large healthier habit for a long run. A habit is a lifestyle and lifestyle is where you are living and it will come naturally rather than to implement forcefully.
Set a goal for walking at least 10,000 steps a day
For healthier life style it is necessary to walk because walking helps us in connecting with people outside that helps us reduce stress level. Movement created due to walking helps in proper blood flow to our organs.

It means your environment, the space you are living in. Create space for positive morning, keep your workout clothes and shoes if you want to go jogging/waking in the morning.
