2. Add the cumin seeds and coriander seeds and fry for 10 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add the onions and fry until they are golden brown.

4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for another minute.

5. Add the boiled vegetables and cooked protein to the pan and stir to combine.

6. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to the pan and stir to coat the vegetables and protein evenly.

7. Add the water to the pan and bring the mixture to a boil.

8. Reduce the heat to low and let the kurma simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables and protein are tender and the sauce has thickened.

9. Serve the kurma hot with rice or naan bread.
