Beauty includes from the top to bottom. Most women will always pay more attention to skin, hair and hand and foot care. However, with the onset of monsoon in the country, the feet are shrinking and starting to take on a kind of odour as they are constantly soaked in the rain. Here are some simple recipes you can do at home.

Rose petal soak

Place the rose petals in a slightly wider tub and soak them in water. Add chopped lemons and Epsom soda as well. Add a little rose oil and stir. In this, soak the feet for about 20 minutes. Then if you wash your feet, you will get rose-scented feet.

Vinegar

First, wash the feet with clean water, wipe well with a cloth and pat dry. Then pour the lukewarm water into a wide bucket or tub and add the vinegar. Soak the feet in it for about 20 minutes. It will help remove the odour on the feet and reduces the chances of spreading the disease.

Tea Tree Oil

In a mouth-wide bucket, pour water and add a little tea tree oil. After a while, put your feet in this bucket and let it soak. Tea tree oil thus protects against bacterial and fungal infections. Also, the odour will come out of the foot and disappear completely.

Shampoo

Fill a wide tub with warm water, add 1 tablespoon of shampoo and mix, then soak your feet in it for 5 minutes. Then, rub the feet with the brush and take it out and wipe with a cloth.

Lemon Juice

Fill a wide tub half full with warm water and squeeze 1 tablespoon of honey and half a lemon in it. Put lemon peel in water. Soak your feet in it for 5 minutes and then rub it with lemon peel. Then using a pumice stone, rub the heels well and take the feet out and wipe with a cloth.

Coffee powder

In a bowl add 2 tbsp coffee powder, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp cactus gel. Squeeze half a lemon with it and paste well. Then rub it on the legs and leave for 5 minutes, then wash with clean water.

Finally, apply some thick moisturizer on the feet and gently massage for 5 minutes.

Doing pedicure twice a month in this way will remove the dead cells in the legs and make your feet look beautiful.
