1. Chamomile Tea

This tea is known for the relaxing effects and solving digestive issues. It is prepared from chamomile flowers. Regular consumption of chamomile tea eases the upset stomach, gas, and all the digestive issues. This tea is also known for treating sleeping disorders, insomnia, and anxiety.

2.Ginger tea

Ginger tea is prepared from the most common herb used in Indian kitchens. Ginger is actually the root of a tropical plant. It is mainly used to treat cold and cough issues. And along with this, it can boost the appetite and also used for the treatment of upset stomach.

1. Hibiscus tea

Hibiscus is a flower, native to ancient Egypt. It is known for the antioxidants content. It can also cut cholesterol and lower blood pressure. It is of pink-red colour having tart flavor.

2. Rose-hip tea

This tea is prepared from the seed pods of a wild variety of the flower. It has many anti-inflammatory & anti-oxidant properties and contains vitamin C. This tea can also reduce the early skin ageing signs and improves skin elasticity.

3. Peppermint tea

This tea has a refreshing flavor. And it is used for many medicinal purposes. Peppermint tea is used to treat headaches, breathing problems, and irritable bowel syndrome. It has anti-oxidant and anti-microbial properties.

Though herbal teas are good for health, but some people may be allergic to some herbs. So, if any of the herbal tea is giving any side effects then avoid that. And pregnant women and those who are taking any kind of medicines must also take care and consult the doctor before consuming any herbal tea.
