The medicinal benefits of ginger include promoting healthy blood circulation, detoxifying the kidneys and bowels, removing toxins from the body, and nourishing the skin.

Difference between fresh ginger and dry ginger

Since fresh ginger has a hot, dry quality, it should not be utilised for an extended period. However, despite being snigdha (oily) in nature, dry ginger is more potent and can be taken for a longer period of time.

Dry ginger has deep tissue level action.
