CNH Industrial Announces Date for the First Quarter financial results

CNH Industrial announced that it is going to release its financial results for the First Quarter of 2020 on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. Due to the ongoing lockdown solutions in the countries, the company has decided to publish a live audio webcast to announce the First Quarter results over the conference call on Wednesday, May 6, 2020.

A few days back, the company held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where the shareholders approved the Company’s 2019 EU–IFRS Annual Report. The Consolidated Financial Statements and Separate Financial Statements of the company were also approved.
