Corteva Agriscience Named as “2020 Best Place to Work for LGBTQ + Equality” by Human Right Campaign

HRC Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) rating is based on the annual CEI survey administered to hundreds of major global employers. It helps to guide the wide-scale adoption of LGBT-specific practices.
By using the CEI as guide, businesses can ensure that their existing policy and benefits infrastructure is inclusive of the LGBT workforce and their families.
A recent CEI survey by HRC Foundation has named Corteva Agriscience as “2020 Best Place to Work for LGBTQ + Equality”, based on the employment policies, and practices for employees from LGBTQ community.
Meghan Cassidy, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Corteva said that, “This award reflects our deep commitment to inclusion and diversity at all levels of the organization and is especially meaningful in a time when so many are stepping forward to defend social justice and equality”.
