Agriculture has suffered from paucity of talent as it remained largely unorganized sector with little ability to attract good talent. InI is a pioneer in attracting top talent from institutions like IITs and IIMs, build a culture of meritocracy and respect, and provide growth opportunities. This is reflected in its various industry first initiatives:

  • It’s the first agriculture company to be led by a women CEO. Also, 2 of the 5 board members are women. Across the management and workforce, there is Equal pay for Equal work policy – encouraging more women workers to participate in joining farming sector.

  • InI has managed to transform males dominated activities in agriculture with women workers with more than 80% women in the Fresh Cut and 60% women work in Pomegranate packaging.

  • InI processes and policies meet global best practices and has passed through strict assessment from organizations like US DFC

INI Farms manages and controls the process right from growing to supplying the fruit across its distribution network. Stringent quality checks at Kimaye’s automated packhouse ensure only the best quality fruits reach the end-consumers. Recently, the company announced its entry into e-commerce through the launch of its website, ‘Kimaye.com’.
