JU Agrisciences is progressing towards offering biological solutions to the farmers in order to increase the productivity and soil fertility across crops ever since its existence. The company is focused on contributing to sustainable growth in agriculture along with providing solutions to the problems of modern age farmers. In line with their constant efforts towards taking agriculture industry to new heights, JU Agrisciences showcased university trials of their biofertilizers on potato crops at Potato Research Centre - Deesa.

Potato Research Centre - Deesa is associated as the channel partner with JU Agrisciences. The varieties of biofertilizers that were used in the crops were Ecomax and Azomax. Dr. R.N. Patel (Research Scientist) and Dr. Vaghela addressed the queries of farmers present at the site. The queries mainly included issues related to crop protection and how Ecomax and Azomax treatment are superior over control practices.

Both Ecomax and Azomax can be used in crops like potato, paddy, wheat, cotton, maize, barley, etc but have different methods of application. Ecomax is applied by mixing 5 kg of it in the soil or farmyard manure and broadcast while Azomax is applied by the root dipping method.
