The biological solutions Kipekee provides are getting a huge response from the farmer community for successfully managing crop nutrition.

The agriculture industry has become more industrialized, which has increased the chemical burden on the environment. Due to several benefits, agrochemicals are used at various stages of the food cycle to protect crops from disease, preserve food, and get rid of undesirable weeds in crops.

Their side effects, however, can be a major environmental health risk factor due to their proven capacity to have a wide range of detrimental health and environmental impacts.

The urgent need for a more sustainable and ecological approach is required in many innovative ways to reform agriculture and food production by implementing sustainable practices prone to safe food sovereignty. Thus, it is clear now, more than ever, that society has to adopt a new agricultural model for food production that is safer for both humans and the environment.

The last two years have been marked by the proliferation of biological products, starting with soil preparation application, in the form of plant nutrition, and crop disease management for different crops as a replacement for agrochemicals, with numerous stories spread by farmers for Kipekee's biological solutions for every crop. Kipekee Agro is an emerging agriculture company that has taken strong steps to rejuvenate the food cycle from the very beginning stage.

The story goes way back to 2017 when the Kipekee team had the goal of bringing safe food to consumers which is grown by using good agricultural practices. But, even after a lot of efforts and research, they were not able to bring forth safe food with coherent purity due to a lack of a growing awareness of sustainable food production in India. Thereafter, Kipekee Team ventured into biology to provide a sustainable solution starting from soil health to crop nutrition.

The biological solutions this company provides are getting a huge response from the farmer community for successfully managing crop nutrition. Their approach has a broad scope for a robust food supply chain with widespread farmer integration to create a platform for food with no chemical residues.

Young entrepreneurs in rural areas can start their businesses using the franchise-based Krishi Samadhan Kendra model, which is offered by Kipekee. Training, market advice, licensing, product positioning, and exclusive access to the Kipekee partner network are all part of the comprehensive support package created for KSK partners.

By launching their agricultural venture under the name of Krishi Samadhan Kendra, the youth are promoting sustainability at the village level while also increasing soil health and building a platform for food with no chemical residue.

KSK is playing a crucial role in linking farmers to Kipekee's solutions and paving the way for a food supply chain with no chemical residue.

KisanBandhu: Sharing of information about persisting problems to fellow farmers at the village level.  By serving as a link between Kipekee and other farmers, Kisan Bandhu is a special project that bridges the knowledge gap about disease, nutrition management, and market dynamics and empowers farmers to solve their problems.

While working in the aviation business, Kipekee founder Narendra Kumar saw that every sector was moving towards sustainability. Similarly, being inherent from a farmer family, he felt that the agriculture sector requires to take certain extolling actions to promote safe food.  While acknowledging what he said, "we are still quite small compared with the chemical businesses, the agriculture sector should take specific necessary actions to promote safe food. And also notes that "while chemicals face a stable market," the biological industry is growing fast.

Growing consumer demand for safe food and export market demand for food with no chemical residue would be driving factors for the growth of the biological product market in India. Farmers' concerns about excessive chemical usage and the rising expense of chemical crop protection are driving the sector.
