Share Price of Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation LTD (DFPCL) Doubles

DFPCL serves fertilizers to agricultural sector, pharma chemicals for pharmaceutical and the chemicals for the mining sector. Fertiliser prices increase

The chemicals they produce play and very important role in development, as well as in economy of the country. With increasing population, the demand for their products is increasing. 

The value of their shares has doubled in the last two months. This has thrilled their shareholders and the market is looking forward to making more money. DFPCL is a consistent performer with good quality standards and it is known for its innovations. 

The company is a leading producer of NPK and the government has announced Rs.5,650 Crore additional subsidy for NPK based complex fertilisers. This and expected good monsoon season are the main reasons for the rise in the value of the shares, as DFPCL chemicals will be in great demand in the market.  

DFPCL is the only manufacturer of 24:24:0 Nitro Phosphate in India. DFPCL ventured into  fertilisers in 1992. They produce fertilisers in bulk as well as speciality fertilizers. These fertilizers are available under the brand name Mahadhan. They also produce value added fertilizers, water soluble fertilisers and micronutrients fertilisers. They provide tips for grapes, bananas, pomegranate, sugarcane, onion, groundnut, soybean and cotton cultivation. They have a "dose calculator" in their website which tells you the amount of fertilizers you need for your farm land.  

They have setup a new plant, which has tripled their fertiliser output. They now produce 8 Lakh tonnes more of these. Their dealer network is well spread out across the country supplying fertilisers to all categories of farmers. You can download their app for information on agriculture and updates in the market.
