Suryakumar, NABARD KN new Regional Head

PVS Suryakumar, Chief General Manager- Business Initiatives Department & Corporate Communications at NABARD took charge as head of NABARD Karnataka Regional Office.

NABARD, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, is an apex development financial institution in India, headquartered at Mumbai with regional offices all over India.  Suryakumar is a Post Graduate from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. He is a Commonwealth Scholar and obtained his Masters in Sustainable Development at the Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom.

Prior to this posting, Suryakumar has worked in various capacities at Nabard across the country and headed Nabard's New Delhi Office. He has handled key national level verticals of business development and corporate communications at the head office of Nabard.

He has been a result oriented executive with India's Development Bank, NABARD for the last 28 years. And posted to New Delhi Regional Office for 2 years[2012-14] where he was working with  interfacing NABARD with the Government of India, Multilateral Organizations and Donors.
