52 Names got selected for MUSHROOM Training program

Its becoming a crystal clear fact, that Mushroom is a profitable business in agri industry and the same is proved by the number of people opting for mushroom cultivation. Huge number of Farmers are now growing mushroom at a commercial level. Mushroom is being grown in many states of the country. Most varities of it prefers cold type of climate.

Its becoming a crystal clear fact, that Mushroom is a profitable business in agri industry and the same is proved by the number of  people opting for mushroom  cultivation. Huge number of Farmers are now growing mushroom at a commercial level.  Mushroom is being grown in many states of the country. Most varities of it prefers cold type of climate. This is the reason,why it is doing wonders in the states of  Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The Mushroom Research Directorate renders training to the farmers so that they can grow it in a better manner. This training is of 4 days.  Large number of applications were received to be a part of this training program . This year, the training program would run from July 23- July 27,2018. The training program is payable at the cost of Rs. 5000 per entry. 52 farmers have been selected for this training program.

One may as well learn about mushroom cultivation by purchasing literature / video documentaries from DMR..
