Open 'Aadhaar Authentication History' under 'Aadhaar Services' on the home page.

You will then be asked for your Aadhaar number as well as a security code.

Once you've completed all of these steps, you'll receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your Aadhar registered phone number.

After entering the OTP, the user must fill out the requested information, including the authentication type and date range.
