Additional Chief Secretary of Deoria, Uttar Pradesh to Communicate with farmer organizations

Rajan Shukla, Additional Chief Secretary, Civil Protection and Political Pension Department and Nodal Officer of Deoria, Uttar Pradesh will be on two-day visit to the district on Monday.

During this time, he will discuss with farmers organization, leaders about the problems of farmers. All the preparations for this have been completed. During this time the responsibility of the officers of the concerned departments has also been entrusted.

Additional Chief Secretary will also inspect paddy purchase and purchase centers in Shukla district. During the two-day visit, inspection of sugarcane purchasing centers, review of destitute cowsheds and arrangements of Kovid-19 and its vaccine will also be reviewed.

In addition to irrigation of the problems of farmers, availability of water in canals, availability of electricity and heritage matters will also be reviewed and the complaints and disposal of police department will also be reviewed.

Chief Development Officer Shiv Sharanappa GN told that the schedule of Additional Chief Secretary is fixed. He will be in the district on Monday and Tuesday. The officials of the department concerned have been informed about the visit on their tour and review agenda.

District Magistrate and District Election Officer Amit Kishore has informed that as per the timetable set by the State Election Commission, Uttar Pradesh, the final publication of the draft, account of the three-tier panchayat electoral roll has been done.

One copy each of the Electoral Roll, Electoral Registration Officer, District Election Office, Deputy District Magistrate, Assistant Electoral Registration Officer, Development Block Office and related Gram Panchayat's polling booths through BLO for free period from December 28 to January 3 Will be made available.

The District Magistrate has said that for the convenience of the general public, the employees who will be entrusted with the inspection of the electoral rolls, will also be entrusted with the responsibility of receiving the claims and objections received under the prescribed period from December 28 to January 3, 2021. Claims for inclusion of names in electoral rolls will be submitted on Form-2, on Form-3 for amendment of an entry and objection regarding elimination of any name in Electoral Rolls will be submitted on Form-4.

On January 1, 2021, claims of all electors who have completed 18 years of age will also be accepted.
