Renowned farmer and Managing Director of Shree Gir Gau Krushi Jatan Sansthan, Rameshbhai Ruparelia from Gondal, Rajkot, Gujarat, visited the Krishi Jagran office in New Delhi today. At KJ Chaupal, he captivated the audience by sharing his insights on organic products and cow-based farming, emphasizing that transforming farmers into businessmen. Last year, he received the ‘Richest Dairy Farmer of India’ Award from Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying Parshottam Rupala at the MFOI 2023 Awards for his exemplary contribution to dairy farming.

Addressing the audience, Rameshbhai Ruparelia emphasized the need to transform farmers into businessmen and exporters, highlighting that farmers are the cornerstone of the country's progress. He noted that farmers uniquely consider a wide range of issues, from health to employment, affecting the entire nation.

Ruparelia advocated for cow-based farming, suggesting it could yield significant market profits and health benefits. He stressed the importance of consuming poison-free food for maintaining good health, recommending cow-based products such as milk and ghee for their modern-day benefits.

Furthermore, he highlighted the advantages of cow urine and cow dung in enhancing crop yield and quality. Ruparelia claimed that adopting cow-based farming could potentially increase farmers' income by multiple times. He also warned that the disappearance of bees and cows would threaten human survival.

Sharing his personal journey, Ruparelia recounted how he transformed from a simple farmer to achieving global market success by adhering to the principles of "Vedic Cow Rearing and Cow-based Farming." He encouraged determination and resilience, stating that with the blessings of Mother Earth and the Mother Goddess, peace and prosperity are attainable regardless of education or financial status.

Ruparelia commended Krishi Jagran for its exceptional work in disseminating best agricultural practices among progressive farmers, enabling the entire farming community to learn and benefit. He acknowledged the organization's efforts to engage farmers through on-ground initiatives.
