AICTE & KVIC Will Provide Internship Opportunities to Students, Stipend Rs 5000

The All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has launched a partnership with the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) to give internship opportunities and help students develop entrepreneurial abilities.
Dr. Amit Kumar Srivastava, Director, Student Development Cell, AICTE New Delhi, gave a welcome message to the dignitaries. During a webinar hosted by AICTE, Prof. Anil D Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, AICTE, and Vinai Kumar Saxena, Chairman, KVIC, announced the partnership. The webinar was held with the goal of learning more about KVIC's role in making India and its communities self-sufficient, as well as how AICTE professors and students may become local entrepreneurs and employ thousands of skilled and unskilled workers.
How to APPLY for AICTE-KVIC Internship?
Students can contact KVIC state/divisional offices for internship opportunities, and if selected, will be assigned to various departments of their choice. In addition, KVIC internship opportunities will be posted on the AICTE internship portal. During the internship period, students will be paid a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month under the programme. KVIC also intends to launch a scholarship programme for students interested in conducting research on its various programmes.

The internship programme, according to Vinai Kumar Saxena, Chairman, KVIC, will assist students get significant experience through difficult assignments. "KVIC offers a variety of opportunities for students to connect. I will encourage all faculty members and students to contribute to the country's development by participating in one of KVIC's many programmes. KVIC has always taken on difficult projects. Saxena advised students to "think about being job givers, not job takers." said Saxena.
Students will get Rs 5000 as a stipend:
Mr. Saxena explained the procedure, saying that interested students should contact KVIC State/ Divisional offices in various cities for internship possibilities.
“KVIC is giving an internship project to all students. Students can receive access to many areas at KVIC, such as marketing and manufacturing, depending on their interests. During the internship, the students would be paid a stipend of Rs.5000 per month. Saxena stated, "We are also intending to launch a fellowship programme for research scholars who would work on various KVIC initiatives and schemes."
