ANGRAU (UG) Admissions 2021: Find all the details inside

Acharya NG Ranga Agriculture University, popularly known an ANGRAU is one of the premier educational institutes in the country in the field of agriculture sciences. It offers a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D programs in various streams.  

ANGRAU offers BSc (H) and B.Tech at UG level and for both of them the qualifying examination is AP EAMCET. Find the details about AP EAMCET below. 

AP EAMCET - Highlights 

The exam will be conducted from 19-08-2021 to 25-08-2021 in two sessions every day i.e. (9 AM to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm during online test mode) 

Documents Required:  

• Class 10^th hall ticket number or Roll number 

• Class 12^th hall ticket number or Roll Number 

• Class 12^th marksheet or certificate 

• Aadhar Card details 

• Income certificate ( if Applicable) 

• Caste certificate if applicable 

• Debit card / Credit card/ Net banking details for fee payments 

• Scanned copy of  candidate’s photograph in JPG format size not more than 30KB 

• Scanned copy of  candidate’s signature in JPG format size not more than 30KB 

Application Fees: 

General category- Rs 600 

SC/ST category- Rs 500 

OBC Category – Rs 550 

Eligibility criteria: 

• Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Overseas citizens of India (OCI) card holders 

• Candidates must have completed 17 years of age as on 31^stDecember 2021 and should not be more than 22 years (for General Category) and 25 years (for SC/ST) 

• Candidates should belong to Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana state only. 

• For courses B.Sc. (Agriculture / Horticulture): Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of intermediate examination (10+2) or any examination recognized as equivalent there to by the board of intermediate education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, with any 2-3 of the subjects indicated below: 

ANGRAU B.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture Application form 

Candidates will have to fill the ANGRAU application form for AP B.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture to be eligible for counseling. The candidates will have to register for counseling by using their AP EAMCET hall ticket number. Counseling fee of Rs 1500 (For General Category) and Rs 750 (For Reserved Categories) is to be paid by the candidates.
