Apply Online for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Jobs; Check Important Details, Instruction to Candidates

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has invited application from pharmacy graduates for the post of Drugs Inspector and Junior Analyst. A total of 49 vacancies for the recruitment have been announced by the Commission. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Interested candidates with degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Chemistry can apply for the job. 

• The minimum age limit for the posts of all categories is 18 years. 

• However, there is no upper age limit for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/ DCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs and Destitute Widows of all castes.  

• The interested candidates applying for Junior Analyst post should have relevant work experience. Further details can be found from the official notification.

Vacancy Details 

• There are 40 posts prescribed under Tamil Nadu Medical Service for Drugs Inspector

• For Junior Analyst in the Drugs Testing Laboratory, 9 posts are available under Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Service

Application Details: 

The last date for submission of application is May 12. Though, candidates can pay the application fee till May 14. 

The competitive exam will be held by the Commission on June 23 for selecting candidates for the post. It would comprise of two papers- subject paper and general studies paper which will be held in two shifts.
