CBSE Result 2019 Update: Board to Declare Class 10th Result on Sunday, May 5

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) after declaring class 12th results yesterday is set to announce Class 10th Board Result 2019 on Sunday (May 5). Students eagerly waiting for the class 10th result 2019 can check their scores on the official websites of the board cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in.

Here is how you can check CBSE Board Class 10 Result 2019

The Class 10 scores or marks will be available for the students on the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education once the result is officially released. By following the steps given below students can easily check their class 10 results 2019:

Step 1 - Visit the official websites of CBSE Board - cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in

Step 2 - Click on the Link that reads 'Click for CBSE Results'

Step 3 – Now, click tap CBSE Class 10 Results

Step 4 - Enter roll number, School No, Centre No and Admit Card ID very carefully.

Step 5 – Your Class 10 CBSE Board Results will appear on the screen. Download the result for future use.

This year, around 18.19 lakh students have appeared for the CBSE 10th board examination 2019. The class 10 board exams were held from 21 February to 29 March 2019. Last year, the overall pass percentage for Class 10 was 86.70 %. Yesterday, CBSE surprised everyone by announcing the Class 12 Result 2019 at 12:30pm.

The board has also made a decision to drop 5 social science chapters that include Challenges to Democracy’ & Political Struggles & Movements’ among others, from 10^th class syllabus from this year onwards.
