CMFRI Vizhinjam Regional Centre is organising an online training programme on Marine Ornamental Fish Culture from 2:00 pm to 6.00 pm on Friday, 26th February, 2021.
Vizhinjam Regional Centre of ICAR-CMFRI is the pioneer centre for marine ornamental fish breeding and seed production. Seed production technologies developed here for clown fishes, damsel fishes and anthias. The training programme will cover various aspects of marine ornamental fish culture including collection, maintenance, breeding, feeding, live feeds, aquarium maintenance and also a brief account of PMMSY scheme.
