CNH India Recognized as Great Place to Work for The Fifth Consecutive Year

CNH India, a leader in agriculture and construction equipment, has been certified as a Great Place to Work in the large organizations category for the fifth consecutive year.

This is the fifth consecutive year that the organization has been certified.

CNH, a global leader in agriculture and construction equipment, has been certified as a Great Place to Work in India, in the large organizations category for the year 2023-2024. This is the fifth consecutive year that the organization has been certified.

The Great Place to Work Institute’s survey is the world’s largest and most respected study of workplace excellence and people management practices.

As a part of the process, close to 90% of the company’s employees participated in the survey through a completely automated process. This accomplishment reflects the positive strides that the company has achieved in boosting the employee experience and is a result of hard work, passion, and teamwork.

Headquartered in Gurgaon, CNH India employs over 3,000 people in the country. These employees are based across three manufacturing sites, producing agricultural equipment in Greater Noida and Pune and construction equipment in Pithampur; at three R&D centers, 12 training centers, two depots, at a global technology center; and with CNH Capital, the financial services arm of the business which provides equipment financing solutions for its Case IH, New Holland Agriculture, CASE Construction Equipment and New Holland Construction brand product portfolio. In addition, the Company oversees operations across commercial activities in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
