Rajesh Aggarwal, Managing Director of Insecticides India Ltd shared his thought and visions with Krishi Jagran Team during the 16th ICSCE, held in Dubai.
ICSCE- India’s biggest Agri Inputs Trade Summit (includes, Fungicides, Herbicides, Insecticides, pesticide and intermediate (solvents, Surfactants, intermediates, etc.), fertilizer, agrochemical packaging, seeds, is being organized by the Pesticides Manufacturers & Formulators Association of India (PMFAI) on 14 & 15 February 2022 in Le Meridien Hotels & Conference Centre, Airport Road, Dubai-UAE.
We are delighted to announce that the Krishi Jagran Team is also present at the exhibition. Many dignitaries, participants, and guests are attending the conference.
Editor-in-Chief M C Dominic from Krishi Jagran Team interacted with Rajesh Aggarwal, Managing Director of Insecticides India Ltd during the 16th ICSCE. On the short meeting with Rajesh Aggarwal shared his vision and Thoughts as well as the strategy that is paving the path for the success of Insecticide India Ltd.
Rajesh Aggarwal, Managing Director, Insecticides India Ltd says that a Customer is a person who needs a solution, not a product. We work to provide the solution instead of the product. We understand the need of the customer who says that he does not need the solution in a particular manner. So we customize the solution with more emphasis on customer demand for the solution.
Insecticide India Ltd is a company that focuses on Innovation. We provide innovative solutions one after another, he added. We are trying to bring new technologies in the reach of the farmers. There are various methods of doing that, one of which includes making the product available in India which are not available to the farmers. We do make newer formulations which are mixtures of agrochemicals that show results, expected by the farmers. This is because of the characteristic called “synergism”, he continues.
The overall idea is to bring the new effective technologies in the reach of the farmers. We believe that we cannot do this alone, hence we do partnerships which several companies nationally and internationally. We do partner with the Japanese companies to bring the latest technology in the reach of Indian farmers, he explains.
Indian market is going to grow because the world is searching for alternatives and India is the best source available to the entire world. We can help the farmers of the entire World. We can provide the AIs, ready formulations and also we can do partnership with other companies to expand internationally, he further adds.
