DDA Flats Housing Scheme 2019: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on March 7 launched 18,000 housing units in the lower (LIG), middle (MIG) and high income group (HIG) categories. 

The good news is that the prices of the flats under DDA have been kept low so that it is within the reach of the majority. Moreover, it may not be the last housing draw as there are over 6,000 flats still under construction across Delhi. 

The online registration will start from March 25 and all application processes will be done online. 

DDA has decided to include an additional 7,500 flats in the 2019 scheme over and above the 10,300 announced earlier. The additional flats are in the economically weaker section and the middle income group located in Narela. 

DDA Flats Housing Scheme 2019: Registration Fees 

• For JantaFlat- Rs 10,000 

• For 1BHK- Rs 15,000

• For EWS- Rs 25,000

• For LIG- Rs 1 lakh

• For MIG/HIG- Rs 2 lakh

DDA Flats Housing Scheme 2019: Eligibility Criteria  

• The applicant must be a citizen of India

• He/she should have attained the age of 18 years

• The applicant must not own any residential house or plot in full or in part, on leasehold/freehold basis in New Delhi, Delhi or Delhi cantonment, either in his/her own name or in the name of his/her wife/husband/minor dependent children

• If however, the share of the applicant in the jointly owned plot or land under the residential house is less than 66.9 square meters, he/she can apply under any of the schemes

• A person who has already been allotted a house/flat constructed by DDA or any other land/owning agency even if it is less than 66.9 sq mtrs, will not be eligible for allotment under any of the schemes of DDA.

• There is no offline procedure for DDA Housing Scheme 2019

• This time DDA will be offering units on first come first serve basis. 

• There will be no offline application forms for DDA housing scheme 2019.

• The online registration will start from March 25.
