FCI Recruitment 2021: Good news for candidates who are seeking government jobs in Food Corporation of India (FCI). Food Corporation of India has issued a notification for the recruitment of 860 Watchmen posts in various depots and offices located in the state of Punjab. In a country like India, everyone aspires for government jobs. All those eligible and are in need for jobs must apply.

As per the Watchman Recruitment Notification (No.01/2021/Punjab) issued by the Corporation, the number of declared vacancies may increase or decrease as per the administrative requirements.

 Interested candidates may apply through the prescribed format by the Food Corporation Of India. The last date of application has been fixed as 10 November 2021. FCI Punjab Watchman Recruitment 2021 notification has already been released.

FCI Recruitment Eligibility:

According to the Food Corporation of India Watchman Recruitment Notification, Interested candidates should have passed the 8th (Middle) level class from a recognized board. Also, the age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 25 years as of 1st September 2021.

Candidates should note that only those who have acquired the prescribed qualification as of 1st September 2021 are eligible to apply. However, there is a relaxation in the upper age limit for the reserved categories candidates, see the recruitment notification for more details.

Selection Process:

As per the FCI Punjab Watchman Recruitment 2021 Notification the candidates are to be selected on the basis of written examination. The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes. It will consist of 120 multiple choice questions from General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Reasoning, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude.

Each question carries 1 mark and there will be no negative marking in the exam. Also, the language of the question paper will be English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Candidates will be called for the next stage, the Physical Efficiency Test (PST), as per the merit list prepared on the basis of written test marks.
