Want to get tested for covid-19 by staying at home? Then your worry ends here! Health test at-home services brand Healthians has began doorstep sample collection facilities for coronavirus. These testing services have already started in Delhi NCR and Mumbai, and will be further extended in other cities soon.

Covid-19 Test Price:

The test is priced at Rs 4500 as per government capping. The report will be provided to the patients within 48 hours.

How to book covid-19 test at home?

An online test can be booked after taking doctors advice & a valid prescription is also required. A Healthians phlebotomist will come at your home and then take sample at doorstep. It will be safely transported to its network lab in the city. After the samples reach the lab, the test results will be put online on a secure website within 48 hours. The company has formed a special task force besides the team collecting routine samples. This is done to ensure high level of safety during the sample collection process.

It is to be noted that these members have undergone training for more than two weeks to fulfil to all the necessary safety precautions. The company has also deployed special vehicles that are dedicated only for covid-19 testing. So as to ensure safety of their staff & to reassure their patients who might be reluctant to allow anyone inside their homes.

Deepak Sahni, CEO & Founder of Healthians said, “In India since the outbreak of the disease we have been very diligent towards ensuring we enter at the right time to use the largest fleet on street to scale up testing but we kept waiting to ensure that we do not hinder the essential PPE supplies which are limited in the country & also don’t overload our labs with samples without having sufficient kits.”

He added, “As the situation demands we are ready to launch & right now have capacity of collecting over 200 samples in a day, which can be expanded to around 1500 samples. We are prepared & equipped to scale our testing to the extent necessary."

The company had started its Chatbot two weeks ago so that the process of online booking of test is done easily and to provide the necessary documentation without any problem.
