Go Organic Roadshows as part of 'Organics & Millets 2018"

The Department of Agriculture, Government of Karnataka, in association with APEDA, Government of India is organizing "Organics and Millets- International Trade fair -2018" in Bengaluru from 19th to 21st January 2018. As part of the event Roadshows and interactive sessions are organized in various parts of the country. 

This event is an initiative of Government of Karnataka, it aims in spreading the message of smart food cultivated in an organic way. Millets are considered as the next-gen smart food. It is highly nutritious, gluten-free and more importantly, requires minimal soil fertility. The event showcases the opportunities for organic products and millets.   The fair emphasis to bridge the gap between demand and supply by providing market linkages.

On 27th October 2017, a roadshow is being organized by CISSA (Centre for Innovation in Science and Social action) at the Taj Gateway, Marine Drive, Kochi as part of 'Organics and Millets- International Trade fair -2018'.  Interaction with the Organics fraternity and related food processing industry is being organized along with road show.
