ICAR-IARI to Organize Training on ‘Seed Production, Testing & Storage in Field & Vegetable Crops’ from Sept 9-13, 2024

ZTM & BPD unit together with the Division of Seed Science & technology, ICAR-IARI, Pusa is organizing training on “Seed production, testing and storage in field and vegetable crops” from 09^th to 13^th September 2024.

Objective of Training

• To strengthen the skills and knowledge of officers, executives and managers in quality seed production.

• To demonstrate the various seed testing methods including field and lab-based for seed quality assurance.

• To raise awareness about the opportunities & challenges in seed certification and quality control.

• To provide insights into post-harvest handling and management of seed lots.
