Education Qualification

Research Associate – Candidates must have Ph.D. degree in any one of the following disciplines - Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Physiology/ Life Sciences from a recognized University. Those with experience in animal cell culture, non-coding RNAs & proteomics with published papers in the desirable field would be given preference.

Senior Research Fellow – Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry or Bioinformatics/Physiology/Zoology with 4/5 years of bachelor’s degree. Candidate having post graduate degree in Basic Science with three years of bachelor’s degree and two years of Master degree in the above discipline must have UGC/CSIR/ICARNET/GATE or equivalent and two years of research experience.

Young Professional-II – Candidates must have B.Tech. (four years degree) in Civil Engineering or B.Tech( Civil Engineering) completed through lateral entry after three years Diploma in Civil Engg.

Office Assistant – Applicants must be a Graduate in Computer Application/Computer Science from a recognized University with Minimum 60 percent marks.

ICAR-NDRI Salary Details

Research Associate - Rs. 54,000/- per month plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as applicable.

Senior Research Fellow - Rs. 31,000/- per month plus HRA @9% for 1 st and 2nd year and Rs. 35,000/- per month plus HRA @9% for 3 rd year.

Young Professional-II - Rs. 35,000/- per month Fixed

Office Assistant - Rs. 15,000/- per month fixed.

• For Office Assistant - Dairy Chemistry Division ICARNDRI on 29-06-2022 at 10.30 A.M.

Important Instruction

All eligible candidates must be present at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time on the date of the interview for completing the necessary formalities. There will be no entry or registration after 10:30 A.M or 02.30 PM as per schedule of walk in interview.

Candidates who are already working in any project or scheme or organization must bring “No Objection Certificate” from their present employer.

Prior to appearing before the selection committee constituted for each walk-in interview, a Practical test or written skill test in respect of eligible candidates will be taken at this Institute on the scheduled date and time for each position.
