Dairy for Nutrition and Livelihood
For ages, milk and milk products have been associated with nutrition and good health. Nearly all of the essential components, including proteins, carbs, vitamins, and minerals, can be found in milk, making it a nearly complete food. Milk's nutritional supremacy is a constantly changing phenomenon. Through both large dairy farms and smallholder systems, dairying offers millions of people a means of survival and economic stability throughout the world. It is clear how important dairy farming is for ensuring food and nutritional security. The necessity for policymakers to see dairying as the hub of many related activities and their positive effects on society is thus growing.
The IDF World Dairy Summit will give industry experts a place to exchange information and concepts about how the sector can help feed the world with safe and sustainable dairying. Participants will have the chance to learn about the most recent research findings and experiences that are relevant to the whole global dairy sector.
Piercristiano Brazzale, president of the IDF, remarked, "Participants will have the opportunity to rejoin the dairy community in person after two years during which most of the events were performed virtually."
The registrations are open and can be done through the official website. You can register here or through IDF corporate site (here).
