Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) is accepting online applications for Agriculture Graduate Trainees (AGT) for its present establishments, Joint Ventures, and future projects in India and overseas, as well as Trainee Legal and Trainee Accounts.
Graduate freshers and CAs can apply online at agt.iffco.in. The deadline for submitting an IFFCO application for AGT and Trainee Accounts is 15 April 2022, whereas the deadline for Trainee Legal is 03 April 2022. It should be highlighted that the age of the candidate should not exceed 30 years. Candidates applying for IFFCO AGT Recruitment 2022 must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the state for which they are applying.
Applicants for AGT Posts will be required to sit in the Online Prelims Exam, proceeded by the Final Online Exam, and will be paid Rs.37000-70000.

IFFCO Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria
AGT
Four-year B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full-Time Regular Degree with General/OBC students achieving a minimum aggregate of 60% and SC/ST candidates achieving a minimum aggregate of 55% in B.Sc (Agriculture) degree.
Candidates with a CGPA in their B.Sc (Agriculture) degree should convert to a percentage while filling out the application form.
Only applicants who graduated with a B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in 2019 and after are eligible to apply.
Trainee Accounts
CA (Intermediate) with Graduation in Commerce having secured a minimum of 60% marks from a University recognized by UGC.
Trainee Legal
One year Full-time regular ITI course in the trade of Plastic Processing Operator after class Xth from Institution recognized by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Directorate General of Training, Government of India and passed in the year 2018 or thereafter are only eligible to apply.
IFFCO Recruitment 2022: Salary Details
AGT
During training, a monthly stipend of Rs.36000/- along with other allowances will be paid as per the Rules of IFFCO. On successful completion of one year of training, candidates may be appointed in the pay scale of Rs. 40000-75000. CTC Rs.9 lacs per annum(approx.)
Trainee Accounts
During training, monthly stipend of Rs.36000/- along with other allowances will be paid as per the Rules of IFFCO.
On successful completion of one year of training, candidates may be appointed on the pay scale of Rs. 40000-75000. CTC Rs.9 lacs per annum.

Trainee Legal
One year apprenticeship training on a monthly consolidated stipend of Rs.7, 700/-along with other allowances as per the rules of IFFCO.
Post Apprenticeship, successful candidates may be engaged as
IFFCO Trainee for two years on a monthly stipend of Rs. 28400/- in the first year &Rs. 29,300/- in the second year along with other benefits as per the rules of IFFCO. Candidates if found suitable after the aforesaid training period, will be absorbed as Jr. Operator (Bottle Manufacturing) on a suitable pay scale.
