India Post Jobs: The Post Office of India has invited applications for the recruitment of meritorious sports persons in cadre of Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant & Multi-Tasking Staff. All the Eligible & Interested candidates can submit their applications for Punjab Postal Circle through offline mode or before 18^th August 2021, through the Speed Post or Registered Post only.

The Recruitment Drive in Punjab Postal Circle is to fill 57 vacancies. 

• Postal Assistant - 45 Posts

• Sorting Assistant - 9 Posts

• Multi-Tasking Staff – 3 Posts

Salary of ‘India Post Recruitment 2021’

Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant: Rs 25500 to Rs 81100, In Level 4 as per the Pay Matrix specified in Part A of the schedule of CCS(Revised-Pay) Rules 2016 plus admissible allowances. (Rs 5200 - 20200 Pay Band-1) + Grade Pay Rs 2400/- under the Pre-Revised Scale.

Multi-Tasking Staff: Rs 18000 to Rs 56900, In Level 1 as per the Pay Matrix specified in Part A of the scheduled of CCS(Revised-Pay) Rules 2016 plus admissible allowances. (Rs 5200 - 20200 Pay Band-1) + Grade Pay Rs 1800/- under the Pre–Revised Scale.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant – The candidate must be 12^thpass or Equivalent from the recognize Board of University.

• The candidates will be required to furnish the certificates of Basic Computer Training from the recognize Computer Training Certificates from Central Government/State Government/Boards/University etc.

• Multi - Tasking Staff: The candidate must be 10^thpass or Equivalent from the recognized Board of University. The candidate should have studied the local language at least up to 10^th. 

Age Limit 

• For the post of a Postal Assistant & Sorting Assistant, a candidate should be between 18 – 27 years old.

• For the post of Multi - Tasking Staff, a candidate should be between the age of 18 – 25 years old.

• Age relaxation for the reserved category candidates as per the government norms.

Application Fee

Applicants have to pay Rs 100 as the application fee through e-payment (Using Challan Form) in the name of CPMG PUNJAB CIRCLE at any computerized post office in India.
