This edition of International Yoga Day will encourage people to stay fit & active during coronavirus lockdown.

This year’s theme for International Yoga Day on 21st June 2020 is "Yoga at Home and Yoga with Family." International Yoga Day this year will be observed at home due to COVID-19 pandemic.
