The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, popularly known as FSSAI has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Senior Fellow and Junior Fellow. Senior Fellow

Number of posts - 10

Job Location - Kotla Road near Bal Bhawan, Delhi

Educational Qualification

Candidate must have first Class Master’s or equivalent PG degree in Life Sciences/ Food Science/Chemical Sciences/ Agricultural Post-harvest Technology including Apiary/ Dairy/ Meat/Egg/ Fishery.

OR

Should possess first Class ME, M.Tech or equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering/ Food Engineering/ Food Technology.

Desirable - Qualified NET or GATE. Have knowledge of computer applications like web-searching, MS-Office & report writing.

Junior Fellow

Number of posts - 16 Posts

Job Location - Kotla Road near Bal Bhawan, Delhi

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have first Class Masters or equivalent PG degree in Chemical Sciences/Life Sciences/Food Science / Agricultural Postharvest Technology (Apiary/Egg/Meat/Dairy/Fishery).

Desirable - GATE/NET qualification. Have basic knowledge of computer applications like MS-Office, web-searching etc.

FSSAI Recruitment: Selection Process

Selection will be done through personal interview of the short-listed applicants. Just fulfilling of the essential qualifications will not entitle an applicant for being called for the interview. Also note that FSSAI together with the lead institutions reserves the right to call or not to call an applicant for interview.
