Kisan Andolan Latest Update: Farmer’s block KMP expressway in Haryana; Traffic Diverted

Samyukt Kisan Morcha is leading the blockade of 135 km long Kundli- Manesar-Palwal and the 135 Km- long Kundli- Ghaziabad-Palwal expressways from Saturday Morning till Sunday Morning. The Haryana Police has requested people to avoid these expressways for this period. 

Darshan Pal Singh, the protestor Kisan Union, said the blockade has started at 8:00 A.M today [Saturday], and it will last tomorrow at 8:00 A.M [Sunday]. Farmers at the Tikri border will block the expressway at Kundli; they will not allow the vehicles to move on that expressway. Participants of the BKU, Baghpat unit, would handle the protest at the toll plaza between Khekra- Baghpat, and farmers at Ghazipur would block the traffic at Dasna. Emergency services will remain unhampered, he explained. 

Farmers said that they would not disturb emergency services like Ambulance because of humanity. But, they will not stop the protest until the government does not take back the farm laws. 

Farmers are all set to big lump as they are getting great support from farmers, villagers, and urban cities.
