MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra: Mission to Empower India's Agriculturists

The 'MFOI VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra' is not just a campaign but a movement dedicated to celebrating the backbone of India's economy - its farmers. Spanning over 200 days and covering 4,520 locations, the yatra seeks to bridge the gap between advanced agricultural practices and farmers. By traveling from the northernmost parts of India down to the south and from the east to the west, the initiative aims to connect with over one lakh millionaire farmers, fostering a spirit of progress and unity among the agricultural community.

At the heart of the yatra's mission is the dissemination of information about the 'Millionaire Farmer of India Awards,' sponsored by Mahindra Tractors. This flagship event by Krishi Jagran has already touched the lives of thousands, encouraging them to nominate themselves across more than 150 award categories. These awards are not just accolades but a witness to the hard work of India's farmers, recognizing their contributions across various sectors such as horticulture, organic, and dairy farming. The recent engagement in the three villages- Kuleth, Bhadroli and Sigora was supported by local farmers Dwarka, Ramesh Singh and Abdul Khizar respectively who played a bridge between Krishi Jagran and farmers in delivering the message and rallying his peers to join the cause.
