Essential qualification

• Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture from an Agricultural University recognized by the ICAR or Indian Council of Agricultural Research.

• He or she must have knowledge of Konkani

Desirable qualification

• Applicants should have basic knowledge of Marathi

• They must have at least 3 years experience in Agriculture or Horticulture

Pay scale or salary of Assistant Agricultural Officer

Rs. 9,300 to 34,800 plus 4,200/- (pre-revised) (As per revised pay matrix level)
