Bharat Urea Bags, e-magazine Indian Edge & 16th PM KISAN Installment Released at PM Kisan Samman Sammelan

PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the PM Kisan Samman Sammelan & Agri Startup Conclave and Exhibition 2022 today at IARI PUSA, India, a 2-day event dedicated to meeting the needs of farmers & transforming the agriculture sector. Modi also inaugurated 600 Pradan Mantri Kisan Samruddhi Kendras and announced the release of Rs 16,000 crore for the PM KISAN fund. He also launched a slew of new schemes including Bharat Urea Bags, which will help companies market fertilizers under the single brand name "Bharat", under the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Urvarak Pariyojana- One nation One Fertiliser.

He further stated the troubles farmers have to face to get fertilizer and urea bags and launched the One Nation One Fertilizer under which Bharat Urea Bags, which will help companies market fertilizers under the single brand name "Bharat"
Launch of ‘Indian Edge’, an e-magazine on fertilizer by PM Modi.
The e-magazine will provide information on domestic and international fertilizer scenarios, including recent developments, price trends analysis, availability and consumption, success stories of farmers, among others.
More than Rs 16,000 crores has been sent directly to the PM KISAN accounts of 8 crore farmers.
PM Modi releases 12th installment of PM KISAN
Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Narendra Singh Tomar appreciated the PM KISAN scheme and assured the farmers will receive Rs 6,000 directly in their accounts after PM Modi announces the hike.
Mansukh Mandaviya, Minister of State for Chemical and Fertilizer welcomes the guests and briefs the audience about the several government initiatives for the development of farmers and agriculture sector.
