G-TEC Education assisted NABARD in providing skill training. There were 100 candidates from Palakkad, 70 from Malappuram, and 30 from Kannur. Digital marketing allows you to reach a bigger audience than traditional means and target prospects who are most likely to purchase your product or service.

Following their training, they were all given employment in digital marketing or accountancy at various local firms. "This is one of the best examples of government-corporate collaboration in rural employment," said Mohammed Riyaz, district development manager at NABARD.

The skill training programme was financed by NABARD's Gramya Vikas Nidhi. G-TEC offered technical assistance. The pupils received instruction at adjacent G-TEC centres.

On Tuesday, students from the region were presented course completion certificates and employment offer letters at an event in Malappuram.

M.K. Rafeekha, president of the Malappuram District Panchayat, presented the certificates. She praised NABARD and G-TEC officials for their aggressive efforts to provide employment opportunities to rural children.

Deepak Padiyath, vice president of G-TEC Education, Mohammed Riyaz, NABARD district development manager, Anooj, in charge of G-TEC Malappuram, and Sai Dhanesh, G-TEC project coordinator, all spoke.
