One of the major interventions of this conference would be the launch of the e-NAM Platform of Platform by the Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare to promote trade and marketing of agricultural produce in order to get farmers better prices for agricultural commodities.

Through this "Platform of Platforms (PoPs) under e-NAM," the Government of India has taken a novel initiative to engage all stakeholders in the next level of revolution in Agri-Produce Marketing, allowing Indian farmers to sell their produce beyond their state boundaries.

This will improve farmers' digital access to a larger number of markets, buyers, and service providers, as well as bring transparency to trade transactions, with the goal of improving price discovery mechanisms for better price realization of farm produce to farmers.

As a Platform of Platforms, e-NAM will pave the way for the development of an efficient and effective "One Nation, One Market" ecosystem. This conference is being held to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav,' which is a step toward building a self-reliant India.
