National Seminar on Onion, Garlic & Potato

On the occasion of 40th years celebration of NHRDF(National Horticulture Research & Development Foundation) under Ministry of Agriculture & farmer welfare,Government of India,Krishi Vigyan Kendra,New delhi has organised National Seminar on Onion, Garlic & Potato for enhancing farmers’ income.The two days programme at ICAR,I.A.R.I is being attended by huge lot of farmers from different states of India as well as scientist and delegates from agriculture industries. Different technical sessions covered different aspects like advances in production technologies,value chain management,Advances in production technologies,Strategic management of processing and post harvest technologies, Management of surplus production,Integrated pest management,export potential, Income enhancement, challenges and opportunities, Market and economic analysis of Onion, garlic and potato.
