The Ministry of Education, Government of India, has released the much-anticipated National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) Ranking for 2024. This ranking is an annual assessment of the top colleges and universities in India, evaluating them based on various parameters of academic excellence. The NIRF Ranking List 2024 was officially published on August 12, 2024, and is now available in PDF format on the official NIRF website, www.nirfindia.org. Students who have completed their intermediate education and are seeking admission to the best institutions in the country can now refer to this comprehensive list to make informed decisions.

This year, the Ministry of Education introduced three new categories to the ranking list: Open University, State Government Funded University, and Skill University. The Education Minister, during a press conference, emphasized that the NIRF rankings encourage institutions to strive for continuous improvement and better performance by making these rankings public each year.
