NITI Aayog Recruitment 2022: NITI Aayog's DMEO is looking for smart, qualified, and dedicated professionals (Two Consultant Gr. II and Two Consultant Gr. I). The professional will join the DMEO, NITI Aayog team, which is dedicated to assisting the government in achieving equitable, regionally balanced, and long-term development of New India by 2022. The following are the specifics:

Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (Consultant Gr. II)

Number of positions- 2

Method of Recruitment- Contract-Based Through Open Market

Age Limit- Candidates should be below 50 years of age as of the date of advertisement

Tenure- The engagement would be strictly contractual for two years, which could be extended by one year at a time up to a maximum tenure of five years, i.e., 2+1+1+1 years from the date the candidate starts the assignment. However, because it is a contractual agreement, the competent body can cancel the engagement at any moment and without giving a reason.

Salary- Rs. 1.45 Lakh to Rs. 2.65 Lakh Per Month

Education Qualification- Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in Science/Economics/Statistics/Operation Research/Public Policy/ Development Studies/Business Administration/Management; or BE/B. Tech or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA or possessing any Professional Degree earned after study of 4 years or more acquired after 10+2.

Candidates with a Ph.D., other credentials, research experience, published publications, and post-graduate experience in the relevant subject are preferred.

Experience Required- A total of 8-15 years of professional experience is required, with a minimum of 5 years in program monitoring, evaluation, research, or related subjects. Experience in a variety of sectors (national/international public, private, and civil society) is preferred.

Relevant research experience at a relevant level, backed up by adequate publication records.

Candidates with prior experience with government procurement procedures for technical consultation are encouraged to apply cutting-edge technology in surveys, data analytics, and rigorous econometric analysis of huge datasets.

Communications, Publications, and Branding Lead (Consultant Grade I)

Number of positions- 1

Educational Qualification- Postgraduate degree or equivalent in Science/Economics/Statistics/Operation Research/Public Policy/Development Studies/Business Administration/Management; or BE/B.Tech or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA or possessing any Professional Degree earned after 4 years of study after 10+2; or BE/B.Tech or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA or possessing any Professional Degree earned after 4 years of study after 10+2; or BE/B.

Ph.D. holders, as well as those with other credentials, research experience, published publications, and post-qualification experience in the relevant subject, are favored.

Experience Required- 3–8 years of expertise in development communications with a leading organization. Experience in a variety of sectors (national/international public, private, and civil society) is preferred.

A master's degree or equivalent in mass communications, media, English, public policy, rural development, international development, international affairs, business administration, or allied subjects is required.

Data Scientist and Data Analytics Lead (Consultant Grade I)

Number of positions- 1

Method of Recruitment- Contract-Based through Open Market

Age Limit- Candidates should be below 45 years of age as of the date of advertisement

Ph.D., additional qualifications, and research experience in areas such as Information Systems Architecture, Design & Development of Enterprise Business Solutions, Data Engineering, Data Science with specialization in computer vision, Neural Networks, Visualisation tools (Tableau & Power BI) experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant field would be preferred.

Persons with M.Tech., M.S., Ph.D., additional qualifications, research experience in areas such as Information Systems Architecture, Design & Development of Enterprise Business Solutions, Data Engineering, Data Science with specialization in computer vision, Neural Networks, Visualisation tools (Tableau & Power BI) experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant field would be preferred.

Experience- Overall 3-8 years of work experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in program monitoring, evaluation, research, or related fields. Multi-sectoral experience (combination of national/international public, private and civil society sectors) preferred.

Relevant research experience at an appropriate level backed by suitable publication records.

Candidates with experience in statistics, machine learning, data wrangling, data visualization tools, application of cutting-edge technologies in surveys, data analytic and s, and rigorous econometric analysis of large datasets are encouraged.
