Coming towards east and northeastern states of India, the trough over South Jharkhand has now become trivial and a Cyclonic Circulation over Nagaland and neighboring areas can be seen.
Light rainfall is likely over Arunachal Pradesh, East Assam & Nagaland. Meanwhile other eastern states of the country will witness dry weather. Also there will be moderate to dense fog at several parts of eastern & northeastern states. Day temperature will be comfortable in Eastern parts of India, but as the northwesterly cool & dry winds are likely to set in over East India, therefore Jharkhand and Gangetic West Bengal could experience drop in day temperature. Also the minimums can fall over entire eastern states. In addition, isolated places of coastal areas of Odisha could witness dense fog.
Dry weather is expected in central parts of India. However, partly cloudy sky can be seen over Maharashtra, South Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. There can be a slight drop in the night temperature over most parts of central India.
Last but not the least in Southern part of the country, moderate northeasterly winds is likely to continue along Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh coast. Therefore scattered light to moderate rainfall is likely over South Andhra Pradesh coast, south Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Remaining areas will witness dry and comfortable weather.
