NTA NEET UG 2019: Compulsory Documents, Dress Code & Items Barred in the Examination

NTA NEET UG 2019: National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is organized by National Testing Agency (NTA). The candidates who have applied for the NEET examinations can easily download there admit cards by visiting on its official website, ntaneet.nic.in.

NTA NEET UG 2019: National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is organized by National Testing Agency (NTA). The candidates who have applied for the NEET examinations can easily download there admit cards by visiting on its official website, ntaneet.nic.in.  

NEET UG 2019 is organized for admission in MBBS and BDS Courses in Indian Medical or Dental Colleges running by the approval of Medical Council of India or the Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India excluding AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry.   

Admission Quota for NTA NEET UG 2019: 

  • All India Quota Seats

  • State Government Quota Seats

  • Central institutions, universities and deemed universities.

  • State, Management, NRI quota seats in private medical, dental colleges or any private university.

  • Central pool quota seats.

Important Documents for Examination: 

  • One printed copy of the admit card which can be downloaded from, ntaneet.nic.in.

  • A passport size photograph, same as the one uploaded on the online application form.

  • Any authorized ID such as PAN card, Voter ID, Aadhaar card, driving license, Ration card or Passport is compulsory on the exam day.

Items Barred or Not Allowed: 

  • Any stationery item such as textual material whether printed or written, calculator, bits of papers, pen drives, etc.

  • Electronic device like Bluetooth, microphone, earphone or smartphone is not allowed.

  • Items like goggles, belt, handbags, wallets, Ornaments etc. to be avoided.

  • Any edible item, opened or packed should not be brought on the day of exam.

  • Any kind of item which can be used for cheating in the examination, like a microchip, Bluetooth device or a camera is to be strictly avoided.

Dress Code for the Examination: 

  • Light half sleeved clothes, clothes with long sleeves are not allowed.

  • Candidates should wear a cultured dress for the exam.

  • Slippers, sandals with low heels are allowed. Shoes are not permitted. 

It is advised that the candidates should strictly follow all the instructions imposed by NTA.
