PM Modi Addresses Nation in the 1st Episode of This Year's ‘Mann Ki Baat’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addresses the nation today in the first episode of his monthly radio show 'Mann Ki Baat' for the year. The 85th episode of 'Mann Ki Baat,' which airs on the last Sunday of every month, aired at 11.30 am on the entire All India Radio and Doordarshan network, as well as on AIR News and the mobile app.
JP Nadda, the chief of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), had directed party workers to make arrangements at the booth level to ensure maximum participation in the Prime Minister's 'Mann Ki Baat' programme.

PM Modi spoke on several topics in this edition of 'Mann ki Baat,' including the importance of Rashtriya Bal Purashkar for encouraging children, the contributions of Padma Awardees in nation-building, and thus read some postcards shared by citizens.
PM talks about Tamil Nadu woman, who donated ₹1 lakh to a school, from the money she saved by selling coconut water.
He also encourages people to have love and compassion for all types of wildlife, and he told the story of the funeral of the legendary tigress 'Collarwali', as well as the contributions of Assamese people to the conservation of one-horned rhinos.
PM lauds Manipur youth's record of doing 109 push-ups in one minute. He concluded his speech by emphasizing the significance of the 'Swachha Bharat Mission', 'vocal for local'- Atmanirbhar Bharat, in the development of the nation.
