Questions raises on relief package for sugar industry

It is difficult to meet sugar production because the price of sugar in the market is very low compared to the cost of production. Sugar production is 3.15 million tonnes. whereas domestic consumption of sugar is 25 million tonnes. Whereas,22000 crores of remaining due.
